As a member of the student body of Agnes Scott College, I consider myself bound by honor to develop and uphold high standards of honesty and behavior; to strive for full intellectual and moral stature; to realize my social and academic responsibility in the community. To attain these ideals, I do therefore accept this Honor System as my way of life.

Our organization is not one to be feared, but a resource that should be used to ensure that Agnes Scott remains an honorable institution. The sole purpose of Honor Court is to uphold Agnes Scott's Honor Code, which has been in existence since 1906. Ultimately, we want to guarantee that Agnes Scott is place where everyone feels respected, academically and socially.

To function properly the Honor Court has student representatives from each class who aim to educate their peers, faculty and staff about our Honor System. In terms of our jurisdiction, Honor Court deals directly with cases that are sensitive in nature: dishonesty, stealing, and violations of the drug policy.
